FULL INDIVIDUAL LIABILITY AGREEMENT No. Agreement number

Dated Agreement date, between ✓Company (the "Company"), represented by ✓Company signatory, and ✓Employee name, holding the position of "✓Position" (the "Employee").

1. SUBJECT 1.1. The Employee accepts full liability for any shortage of the property entrusted to them, and for damage caused to the Company as a result of it compensating third parties. 1.2. Entrusted valuables: Entrusted valuables. 1.3. The valuables are handed over to and returned by the Employee under a written handover record, which forms an integral part of this Agreement.

2. OBLIGATIONS 2.1. The Employee shall take proper care of the entrusted property, promptly report any threats to its safekeeping, and keep records as required. 2.2. The Company shall provide conditions necessary for the safekeeping of the entrusted property. 2.3. Stock-taking of the entrusted property is carried out on handover, on a change of the responsible employee, and at other times set by the Company. The Employee is entitled to be present at the stock-taking.

3. LIABILITY 3.1. Damages shall be compensated in the manner established by applicable law. 3.2. The amount of damage is calculated on the basis of the actual loss at market prices in effect on the day the damage occurred.
