REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY (سياسة الاسترجاع والاستبدال)

This policy is issued under Consumer Protection Law No. 39 of 2014 and its executive regulation (Ministerial Decision No. 27 of 2015): a defective or non-conforming good entitles the consumer to a REPLACEMENT or a REFUND within 14 days of purchase (perishable goods excepted); the seller and the supplier are jointly liable. An Arabic-language invoice — showing the item, date, price and quantity — is mandatory, and product labelling must be in Arabic.
