This form is required under the residency law (Amiri Decree-Law No. 114 of 2024, replacing the 1959 residency law): managers of hotels and furnished apartments rented out to the public MUST notify the Ministry of Interior (MOI) of a foreign guest's arrival and departure WITHIN 24 HOURS, and keep the prescribed guest registers/books.

1. STAY DETAILS 1.1. Check-in date: Check-in date. Check-out date: Check-out date. 1.2. Unit / room number: Unit / room number. 1.3. Number of guests: Number of guests. 1.4. Booking channel: Booking channel.

2. MOI NOTIFICATION 2.1. Notification status: MOI notification status. 2.2. Notification date: MOI notification date — must be within 24 hours of check-in or check-out; failure to report is sanctioned under the residency law.

3. RECORD-KEEPING AND DATA PROTECTION 3.1. Retain this record in the property's guest register book, kept for inspection. 3.2. Guest data collected here is personal data — handle it under the property's DPPR privacy policy and do not use it for marketing without separate consent.
