WRITTEN STATEMENT OF TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT (Terms of Employment (Information) Act 1994, as amended by S.I. No. 686 of 2022)
Issued by Employer name to Employee name, within one month of the start of employment. This statement supplements, and does not replace, the "Day 5" core terms statement already provided.

Records of statutory sick leave must be retained for 4 years.

Pensions & auto-enrolment 5.2. ⚠️ From 1 January 2026, employees aged 23–60 earning at least €20,000 who are not already in a qualifying pension scheme are automatically enrolled in the state "My Future Fund" scheme, with employer contributions starting at 1.5% of gross pay and rising over time.
