This document sets out the pre-contract disclosure and terms of sale for purchases made through our website or online ordering, consistent with Ontario's Consumer Protection Act, 2002 (CPA 2002) and Ontario Regulation 17/05 governing "internet agreements". ⚠️ Ontario's new Consumer Protection Act, 2023 has been enacted but, as of the source date of this template, has NOT been proclaimed into force (it awaits regulations) — this template is built on CPA 2002 / O. Reg. 17/05 and should be reviewed when the 2023 Act is proclaimed. ⚠️ Quebec: the Consumer Protection Act (LPC) imposes its own distance-contract rules and chargeback mechanics, which apply in addition to this template.
