Wix · one tag, twelve widgets
One line in Custom Code and your site gets chat, callback, a cookie banner, appointments and table booking. Everything else changes in your dashboard — you do not go back into Wix settings.
No card. A minute to sign up, another for the tag.
The tag
<script src="https://cdn.cenaly.ru/site/v1.js" data-domain="your-site.com" async></script> One tag for all widgets. `data-domain` is your site; everything else lives in the admin.
In your Cenaly.ru dashboard: Admin panel → Marketing → «My Website». Enter your site address in the first field and copy the tag.
The Wix help center states it as a condition: custom code works on a published site with a connected domain.
In your site dashboard: Settings → Development & integrations → Custom Code.
Press «+ Add Custom Code», paste the tag and give the snippet a name you will recognise later.
Apply it to All pages, load once, and set the placement to Head. Save.
Press Publish, open the live site and go back to «My Website» → «Check installation».
The Wix help center warns that snippets are tied to a specific domain — assign a different domain to the site and they are deleted. After a domain change, paste the tag again.
Requires a published site with a connected domain
Custom code runs on a published site with a connected domain; connecting a domain requires a paid Wix plan.
The Wix article on custom code puts the condition like this: the site must be published and have a connected domain. It names no separate «plan for code».
Connecting your own domain, per the Wix help center, is what a paid (Premium) plan unlocks. The practical conclusion for a site owner: on a free site with a Wix subdomain address the custom code field will not help you.

In site builders your edit lives in a draft: until the pages are republished, the tag is not on the live site.
Admin panel → Marketing → «My Website». Put your site address in the first field and press «Check installation».
The check reads the page’s source HTML and lists the widgets it found. A tag injected through Google Tag Manager stays invisible to it — that is a limit of the check, not of the install.

Wix Chat is a separate Wix product. With both running, two chats in the same corner overlap: keep one, or move ours to a different corner.
This is stated in the Wix help center: snippets are bound to the domain. If you move the site to another domain, open Custom Code and paste the tag again — otherwise the widgets simply disappear.
Edits stay in the editor until you press Publish. Our «Check installation» looks at the live site.
Wix has its own GTM integration, so the tag can be raised from there. Our installation check will not see it, though — it reads the page’s source HTML.
The Wix help center requires a published site with a connected domain for custom code, and a connected domain requires a paid plan. So on a free site with a Wix subdomain the Custom Code route is closed by the platform itself.
We recommend Head and «all pages»: the widgets are then available everywhere and appear sooner. The loader is async and does not delay rendering.
Check three things: the site was published after you pasted the snippet; the snippet applies to all pages; the widget is switched on in your Cenaly.ru dashboard.
No reason, if it works for you: widgets are switched on one by one. The tag is shared, the choice is yours — take just the chat, or just the cookie banner.
No. The widget renders in a Shadow DOM: site styles do not reach it and its styles do not leak into the Wix layout.

Same widgets — different menu names.
The install code appears under «My Website» right after you sign up — you paste it once.
