Café · coffee shop · bakery
A POS with milk and syrup choices, QR orders from the tables, a bar and kitchen screen — in one admin. Start with the free QR menu; the POS is on Mini Cafe, inventory and drink cost on Cafe.
QR menu free forever · no bank card · sign up from a phone
The menu opens by QR in the browser — nothing to install.
The POS runs in the browser and in the Android app; a customer display is an optional second device.
The printer connects through the Cenaly.ru bridge. An electronic receipt can be emailed to the guest; fiscal receipts depend on the country.
Photograph your paper menu, upload Excel or paste a link to your website — then check the imported items and prices.
Log in with email or Google and pick your venue format. No bank card and no call with a sales manager needed to register.
Photograph your paper menu — AI sorts the items into categories and translates them. Or upload Excel, paste a link to your website, or move the menu from Poster or GloriaFood. Check items and prices, add photos — guests will find it easier to choose.
Open the menu on your phone and place a test order. Put QR codes on the tables or at the counter. To work with the POS, pick a paid plan and open it in a tablet browser.
Screens of the very system you get after signing up. See it live in the demo venue — no account needed.
Item tiles, modifiers, payment and tips on one screen.
At the counter someone asks for a large oat latte and a cappuccino with syrup. The barista marks the wishes on the POS and the order shows on the bar screen. Guests at the tables order by QR — nobody has to take their order at the counter.
By lunch you change the croissant price in the admin. It updates on the QR menu, the POS and the website — guests see the new price and you do not reprint anything.
You reconcile cash against the POS report and close the shift. On the Cafe plan beans and milk are deducted by sales and recipes — check stock in the admin before you reorder.
Scenarios come from product settings and features, not testimonials: we don't promise "+30 % to the ticket" until we have measured it at your venue.

Yes. Take orders in counter mode on the POS and pre-orders by link or a QR at the entrance. Mini Cafe covers counter work: no tables or waiters needed.
On the Cafe plan enter grams of beans, millilitres of milk and syrup in the recipe. The system works out the ingredient cost per cup and deducts them from stock on every sale.
Add it to the same account: the menu is shared, while prices, QR codes and opening hours are each shop's own. The Cafe plan covers up to 3 locations.
No. Guests open the menu on their own phones, the POS runs in a tablet or computer browser and in the Android app. Receipt and kitchen printers, scales and scanners connect through the Cenaly.ru bridge — the ordinary models you already own.
The guest menu is served as static files from a CDN and will open. The POS and receipt printing through the bridge are designed to keep working during an outage and resend data once the connection is back; a fully autonomous shift on an Android tablet is still being finished — the help centre says so honestly.
No. The subscription is monthly or annual with a discount and is cancelled in the admin. Your menu, orders and inventory data stay yours — export is available at any time.
Yes: a photo of the paper menu, an Excel file, a link to your venue website, an export from Poster or a GloriaFood page. The move takes an evening and the old system keeps running meanwhile.
