Webflow · one tag, twelve widgets

Cenaly.ru widgets for Webflow

One line in the Head code of your project settings and the site gets chat, callback, a cookie banner, appointments and table booking. Your Webflow design stays untouched: the widgets live on top of the page.

  • Custom code in project settings — the tag lands on every page
  • It goes live once the project is published; preview may not show it
  • Webflow custom code requires a paid Site plan

How to add the code on Webflow

  1. 1

    Copy the install code

In your Cenaly.ru dashboard: Admin panel → Marketing → «My Website». Enter your site address in the first field and copy the tag.

  2. 2

    Open project settings

In Webflow: Site settings for the project you need.

  3. 3

    Go to Custom code

The Custom code tab has two fields: Head code (inside the head tag) and Footer code (before the closing body tag).

  4. 4

Paste the tag into Head code

Paste the line into Head code and save. Do not add html, head or body tags around it — only the script itself.

  5. 5

    Publish the project

Press Publish: the Webflow help center notes that custom code takes effect on the live site once published.

  6. 6

    Check the installation

Open the published site and go back to «My Website» → «Check installation».

Need the widget on one page only — Webflow pages have their own custom code fields in page settings.

Does Webflow require a paid plan

A paid platform plan is required

Site-wide custom code in Webflow is open on a paid Site plan (or in a Core-and-above Workspace).

Per the Webflow help center, site managers and designers can add custom code site-wide or per page if the site has an active Site plan, or with a Core, Growth, Agency or Freelancer Workspace.

A Site plan in Webflow is tied to a single site: it lets you publish to a custom domain and unlocks features such as CMS collections and custom code.

On a free project with a webflow.io address, then, the custom code field will not help you. Check the current plan line-up in the Webflow help center links below.

What works on Webflow

One tag — twelve widgets. You switch them on in your Cenaly.ru dashboard, not in your site’s code.

All 12 widgets →

Check the installation

  1. 1

    Publish the site again

In site builders your edit lives in a draft: until the pages are republished, the tag is not on the live site.

  2. 2

Open «My Website» in the dashboard

Admin panel → Marketing → «My Website». Put your site address in the first field and press «Check installation».

  3. 3

    See what was found

The check reads the page’s source HTML and lists the widgets it found. A tag injected through Google Tag Manager stays invisible to it — that is a limit of the check, not of the install.

Webflow specifics

  • Preview is not the live site

Custom code applies to the published site. If you are looking at the designer preview and see no widget, publish the project first.

  • Field length limit

Head code and Footer code hold roughly 50,000 characters each. Our line takes under a hundred — but if the field is already stuffed with other scripts, it is worth tidying up.

  • Do not add wrapper tags

The Webflow help center warns against putting html, body or head tags in the field — your layout will break. Paste the script alone.

  • Google Tag Manager is a valid alternative

If GTM is already loaded from Head code, the tag can live there. The widgets will run, but our «Check installation» will not see it: it reads the source HTML.

Questions and answers

Can I add the widget to a free Webflow project?

Per the Webflow help center, custom code in site settings needs an active Site plan or a Core-and-above Workspace. On a free project that route is closed by the platform.

Head code or Footer code?

We recommend Head code: the widgets become available sooner. The loader is async and does not delay rendering.

Nothing appeared after I saved

Most likely the project was not published after the edit — the Webflow help center notes custom code takes effect once published. Second: check that the widget is switched on in your Cenaly.ru dashboard.

Will the code break Webflow animations and interactions?

No. The widget renders in a Shadow DOM on top of the page: your site’s styles and scripts do not reach it, and its styles do not leak out.

What about CMS collection pages?

Code from the site-wide Head code field lands on every page, collection pages included — nothing extra to configure.
