Free · requires telephony
The visitor taps the handset, allows the microphone and is talking to your team. The call arrives at your Cenaly.ru phone system as a normal inbound one: desk phone, softphone or the mobile app. Built for sites with international visitors and questions that are faster by voice.
No card. A minute to sign up, another for the tag.
The button sits in the corner of your site, or as an item in the multi-button fan. There is no number to dial anywhere in the interface.
One permission, and the widget receives single-use SIP credentials for this call only. Nothing permanent is stored in the visitor’s browser.
From there it follows your normal inbound route: agent queue, transfer, receptionist or greeting — exactly as you configured it.
The panel shows status, a timer, mute and hang up. Close the tab and the call ends — nothing is left hanging.
A free Cenaly.ru account and your site domain in the "My website" section.
One line before </body> — in your theme, in a Tilda or Wix HTML block, in Shopify's theme.liquid. It serves every widget.
Each widget is a toggle and a settings form. Changes reach your site without touching code; CDN cache is five minutes.
The tag
<script src="https://cdn.cenaly.ru/site/v1.js" data-domain="your-site.com" async></script> One tag for all widgets. `data-domain` is your site; everything else lives in the admin.
The conversation runs over the internet straight from the browser — no SIP client, no extension, no install for the visitor. Best when someone is browsing on a laptop with the phone in another room.
For your phone system it is a normal inbound call: queue, transfer, greeting, recording, AI receptionist — everything you already set up. Best when your routing works and there is no reason to rebuild it.
The call is free for the visitor from any country, and you pay for it as an inbound call at your provider’s rates. Best for businesses with customers abroad who would otherwise never dial.
JsSIP, the heavy part, is fetched as a separate file only after the handset is tapped. Until then your page carries a small button. Best for sites that watch their loading speed.
The server issues temporary SIP credentials per call; the password lives exactly as long as the conversation, and the bundle contains no secrets at all. Best where the security of the perimeter matters.
Microphone blocked, line switched off, telephony unavailable, too many attempts — each case has its own message for the visitor instead of a button that does nothing. Best for everyone: silence after a tap reads as a broken site.
Hotels, tours, export: a visitor abroad talks to you by voice and pays nothing for an international call.
On a laptop the phone is often out of reach while the question is here and now — a handset on the page removes that gap.
Repairs, healthcare, legal questions: where a chat thread would take a day, a minute of talking closes it.
On a campaign page the call button sits next to the form: some visitors leave a number, others prefer to call now.
The call can live as a multi-button item next to WhatsApp and callback, leaving one button in the corner.
Outside working hours the call follows your usual scenario — receptionist, greeting or voicemail — just like a call from a phone.
Colour, position and labels adapt to your site. The widget lives in a Shadow DOM — your styles don't break it, and it doesn't break yours.

Requires connected telephony
Widgets are the door into the Cenaly.ru platform: requests, chats and orders from your site land in the same admin as everything else, and some owners later buy extensions. We charge nothing per visitor, request or site; only products with our own running costs stay paid.
| Without the widget | With the widget | |
|---|---|---|
| How the visitor calls | ✕ The visitor copies a number from the site into their phone and dials it | ✓ The visitor taps a handset and talks straight from the page |
| Cost for the visitor | ✕ Long-distance and international calls are paid for by the visitor | ✓ The call is free for the visitor from any country |
| What your team sees | ✕ The call looks like any other and its connection to your site is lost | ✓ It arrives at your phone system as inbound: queue, transfer, recording |
| Calling from abroad | ✕ From another country, writing is easier than calling | ✓ A visitor abroad calls as easily as a local one |
| Installation | ✕ A third-party call button means its own code and its own subscription | ✓ The same “My website” tag — no extra code and no extra number |
A browser call (web call) is a button that lets a visitor talk to you through the microphone of their computer or phone. No number is involved: the audio travels over the internet and arrives in your telephony as an ordinary inbound call.
It matters where calling is expensive or awkward: a visitor abroad, roaming, a work computer with no phone on the desk, a service page where a question is easier to ask out loud. Callback solves the neighbouring problem — “call me back” — while a web call gives you the conversation right now.
Here the widget is free and the call lands in the same Cenaly.ru phone system your regular numbers use, so routing, recording and queues stay as they are. The call engine loads only on tap, so the button doesn’t make every page heavier for the majority who will never use it.
Connected Cenaly.ru telephony — your own number or a SIP trunk — and an enabled web-call line. Browser calls then arrive in the same phone system as ordinary ones, with the same routing.
No, it is free for them from any country because the audio goes over the internet. You pay your own provider as for an inbound call; we charge $0 per minute.
At your Cenaly.ru phone system as a normal inbound call: agent queue, transfer, receptionist. If call recording is enabled, the recording appears in the Calls section with the rest.
Yes, in mobile browsers with microphone access. On a phone visitors often prefer a normal call, so it makes sense to offer both the handset and the number.
No installs, no sign-up, no extensions — just one microphone permission. The SIP credentials are single-use and live only during the conversation.
A clear message asking to allow the microphone. There are separate texts for the other cases too: line switched off, telephony unavailable, too many attempts, network dropped.
With the shared “My website” tag plus the “Browser call” toggle. WordPress — footer.php or a plugin, Tilda — HTML code in head, Shopify — theme.liquid, Webflow — Custom code. The button can also be hidden inside the multi-button.
The widget is free and has no extension to buy. You only pay your telephony provider for the inbound minutes.
The loader is one small `async` script; widgets load as separate bundles and only the ones you switched on. Nothing blocks page rendering.
No. Widgets render inside a Shadow DOM: your site's CSS doesn't affect them and theirs doesn't leak out.
It reads your page's `<html lang>` or a `data-lang` attribute on the tag. Built-in labels are translated into 45 languages; your own texts you write in the admin in the languages you need.
In the cloud your account lives in: cenaly.com — AWS, cenaly.ru — Yandex Cloud in Russia. Requests, conversations and bookings stay within the brand's contour.
