Free · no per-agent seats
A chat bubble on your site, and on the other side your own staff in the Cenaly.ru team chat — on desktop and on the phone. Built for sites where there is no dedicated support desk and whoever is on shift replies.
No card. A minute to sign up, another for the tag.
It sits in the bottom corner of your page. No sign-up, no email gate — they see your greeting and a text field straight away.
The conversation is tied to that visitor: they can leave, come back the next day, and the thread is still there.
It opens as a channel in the Cenaly.ru team chat. Whoever is free replies, and colleagues see the whole history instead of a retelling.
The visitor reads it right on your page. With telephony connected there is also a handset button — a voice call without dialling a number.
A free Cenaly.ru account and your site domain in the "My website" section.
One line before </body> — in your theme, in a Tilda or Wix HTML block, in Shopify's theme.liquid. It serves every widget.
Each widget is a toggle and a settings form. Changes reach your site without touching code; CDN cache is five minutes.
The tag
<script src="https://cdn.cenaly.ru/site/v1.js" data-domain="your-site.com" async></script> One tag for all widgets. `data-domain` is your site; everything else lives in the admin.
A site message opens as a channel in the team chat, and every manager, admin or owner already has access. No per-person licence to buy. Best for teams who handle support in between everything else.
The widget remembers the visitor by a key pair in their browser: leave, return a day later from the same browser, and the conversation and contact are still there. Best for purchases nobody makes in one sitting.
The team chat lives in the staff app too, so a new website message arrives as a push notification. Best for small teams where nobody sits at a monitor all day.
With telephony connected the visitor can call straight from the browser: the call engine (JsSIP) loads as a separate file only on tap, so the button costs nothing until it is used. Best when explaining by voice is simply faster.
Colour, bubble position, greeting and agent name come from the admin. The widget reads `<html lang>`, ships labels in 45 languages and renders inside a Shadow DOM, so your CSS can’t break it. Best for multilingual sites.
When the messenger multi-button is on, it absorbs the chat bubble: one floating element on screen and chat lives inside the fan. Best for sites running several widgets at once.
Size, stock, delivery time — asked on the product page instead of hunting for a phone number in the footer.
On service pages chat clears up “how much would it cost in my case” before the visitor closes the tab.
Your manager answers about dates, deposits and menus from the same team chat they already run the shift in.
A visitor writes at night and reads your reply in the morning — the thread survives, unlike a missed call.
One tag on the site, conversations split by location: each team sees only its own.
On Tilda or Wix chat goes in with the same tag and brings conversations and contacts to where your orders and bookings already are.
Colour, position and labels adapt to your site. The widget lives in a Shadow DOM — your styles don't break it, and it doesn't break yours.

Sites built with our website builder ship with the widgets already wired — nothing to paste.
Step-by-step guides per platform — in the help center →Pick the button look and the first message — the widget appears in the corner of this page exactly as your visitors will see it. It is the real chat window, not a picture.
<script src="https://cdn.cenaly.ru/site/v1.js" data-domain="your-site.com" async></script>The code starts working after signup: the chat reads its look and texts from your account, not from the tag. Change the look — you never touch the site again.
The tag is only needed for your own website. With no site of your own — working on the Cenaly.ru storefront or on a site generated in the dashboard — the chat is switched on with a toggle, nothing to paste.
Sign up with this chatThe settings travel to the setup wizard — right after signup the chat is already assembled.

Widgets are the door into the Cenaly.ru platform: requests, chats and orders from your site land in the same admin as everything else, and some owners later buy extensions. We charge nothing per visitor, request or site; only products with our own running costs stay paid.

Website chat is a button in the corner of a page that lets a visitor ask a question without dialling a number or filling in a form. They stay on the page, and you get the question with its context: which page it came from and what it is about.
It pays off wherever people don’t decide in silence: a product page with a sizing question, a service page with a pricing question, a venue page with a question about a private event. If those questions currently go to a staff member’s personal WhatsApp, the team can’t see them and nothing is kept.
Here chat is part of the platform: a website conversation opens as a channel in the Cenaly.ru team chat, where shifts and tasks already live, and the history and contact sit in your account next to orders and bookings. That is why the widget is free and counts neither conversations nor seats.
Any staff member with access to the Cenaly.ru team chat: manager, admin, owner. A website conversation shows up as its own channel, and colleagues see the full thread rather than a summary.
No. The widget is free and there are no operator seats: everyone connected to the team chat can reply. Conversations are not capped either.
Into your Cenaly.ru account: a channel in the team chat, the message history and the visitor’s contact. Data stays in the cloud your account lives in — AWS for cenaly.com, Russia for cenaly.ru.
The message is not lost: the visitor sends it and sees your reply in the same window when they return. If the conversation really needs a voice, add the callback widget next to it — it takes requests overnight too.
By default people answer. The AI assistant and auto-replies are switched on separately in the Chat section, alongside the WhatsApp, Telegram and email channels that share the same inbox.
Paste the shared “My website” tag and switch Chat on. WordPress — footer.php or a code-insertion plugin; Tilda — HTML code in head; Shopify — theme.liquid; Webflow — Custom code. One tag serves all 12 widgets, so you won’t touch it again.
Yes — guest chat is a native part of our storefront and the toggle covers both surfaces. On your own site it is loaded by the bundle; on the storefront it is part of the page.
The chat widget is free, with no limit on staff or conversations. The only thing you pay for is your own telephony minutes if a visitor calls from the chat window.
The loader is one small `async` script; widgets load as separate bundles and only the ones you switched on. Nothing blocks page rendering.
No. Widgets render inside a Shadow DOM: your site's CSS doesn't affect them and theirs doesn't leak out.
It reads your page's `<html lang>` or a `data-lang` attribute on the tag. Built-in labels are translated into 45 languages; your own texts you write in the admin in the languages you need.
In the cloud your account lives in: cenaly.com — AWS, cenaly.ru — Yandex Cloud in Russia. Requests, conversations and bookings stay within the brand's contour.
