Keep the restaurant under control — even on a Friday night

The table's order goes to the POS, dishes go to their station screens, ingredients are deducted by recipe. You see what is happening on the floor, in the kitchen and in stock, and you run your own delivery. Start with a free QR menu.

  • Run orders by table: the grill, cold kitchen and bar see their own dishes, and timers show what is running late
  • Know what a dish costs you: ingredients are deducted by recipe, shortfalls are shown in money
  • Take orders through your own link with no platform commission — assign your couriers and follow them on the map

What you need to start

Tablets for waiters and the POS

Take orders at the table and run the POS in the browser or the Android app; a customer display is optional.

A screen or tablet in the kitchen

Open the kitchen screen in a browser on a tablet or a computer with a monitor; pick the station whose orders it shows.

The printers you already have

Connect compatible receipt and kitchen printers through the Cenaly.ru bridge.

Menu and recipes

Move the menu over from a photo, Excel, your website or Poster. Check the prices and fill in the dish recipes.

Three steps to the first order

  1. 1

    Sign up — 2 minutes

Log in with email or Google and pick your venue format. No bank card and no call with a sales manager needed to register.

  2. 2

Move your menu over without retyping

Photograph your paper menu — AI sorts the items into categories and translates them. Or upload Excel, paste a link to your website, or move the menu from Poster or GloriaFood. Check items and prices, add photos — guests will find it easier to choose.

  3. 3

Put out the QR codes and test an order

Open the menu on your phone and place a test order. Put QR codes on the tables or at the counter. To work with the POS, pick a paid plan and open it in a tablet browser.

Waiter POS

Waiter POS

Order by table, modifiers, pre-check, split and payment.

From opening to closing

Friday night

The floor fills up. The host runs the waitlist, waiters take orders at the tables. The grill, cold kitchen and bar see their own dishes and timers. A party asks for separate bills — the waiter splits it by items at the POS.

The manager's morning

Before opening you look at yesterday's revenue and average ticket. A supplier arrives — you photograph the invoice and check the recognised prices. After stocktake you go through the shortfalls in money.

Tourists without the language

Guests do not speak your language. By QR they pick dishes with photos and allergens in their own language. You take the order — in the kitchen it prints in the cooks' language.

Your own delivery instead of a marketplace

A guest orders dinner through your link. You assign your courier, the guest follows them on the map. The order comes straight to you — no platform commission.

Scenarios come from product settings and features, not testimonials: we don't promise "+30 % to the ticket" until we have measured it at your venue.

What to consider before you start

  • Orders from Wolt, Glovo and Yandex Eats do not yet reach the POS and kitchen automatically — the integrations are being connected; your own delivery and QR orders work.
  • Reservations: deposit, cancellation and rescheduling exist, but a "tables × time" timeline with automatic table picking is not there yet — it is planned.
  • Card terminal: the amount is still typed on the terminal and the POS records a card payment; the terminal link is being verified on live hardware.
  • Online payment by guests via QR depends on the venue's country — check availability for yours.
  • Fine-dining course firing (courses on the waiter's signal) is not implemented.
  • In the Russian contour the Finance, Statistics, kitchen analytics and guest database sections are not yet available — they run on infrastructure outside .ru.
  • Online payment by guests via QR is not yet connected on .ru — payment at the POS.

We write what works today, not what is planned. If something on the list is critical for you — write to us and we will give you honest timelines.

Frequently asked questions

We are a full-service restaurant. Won't QR get in the way?

The waiter still takes the order at the table and helps with the choice. By QR a guest can order themselves, call the waiter or ask for the bill. Once a guest order is accepted it shows on the POS and in the kitchen — the team sees what the table ordered.

What does a dish cost me?

Enter the ingredients, norms and waste in the recipe — the system works out cost and margin. On a sale the ingredients are deducted from stock. Stocktake shows the variance against the books in money so you can trace the causes.

If I open a second restaurant, do I have to run everything separately?

Add the restaurant to the same account: the menu is shared, prices and staff roles are per location. The Cafe plan covers up to 3 locations, Restaurant has no limit. You manage them from one admin.

Do I need to buy hardware?

No. Guests open the menu on their own phones, the POS runs in a tablet or computer browser and in the Android app. Receipt and kitchen printers, scales and scanners connect through the Cenaly.ru bridge — the ordinary models you already own.

What happens if the internet drops?

The guest menu is served as static files from a CDN and will open. The POS and receipt printing through the bridge are designed to keep working during an outage and resend data once the connection is back; a fully autonomous shift on an Android tablet is still being finished — the help centre says so honestly.

Is there an annual contract or a cancellation fee?

No. The subscription is monthly or annual with a discount and is cancelled in the admin. Your menu, orders and inventory data stay yours — export is available at any time.

Can I move my menu from another system?

Yes: a photo of the paper menu, an Excel file, a link to your venue website, an export from Poster or a GloriaFood page. The move takes an evening and the old system keeps running meanwhile.

I have several locations — is that one account?

Yes. Locations live in one account: a shared menu with per-location prices, their own QR codes and opening hours, consolidated reports. The Cafe plan covers up to 3 locations, Restaurant is unlimited.

Details for every screen are in the help centre. Where to start →
