Cenaly.ru business phone system

One business number. A team ready to answer.

Incoming calls ring the available members of your group, and one teammate answers. The other phones briefly show who picked up.

We’ll review your number, country and devices, then agree on available features and costs before setup.

Calls need a Cenaly.ru PBX, a provider connection and configured devices. The Android features shown are in beta and depend on the release and setup.

Demo workspace with fictional people, hotel and training numbers.

Two phones side by side: one employee is talking with the guest, and the other phone shows “Answered by” with the coworker’s name.
One guest call rings both phones: the first to answer takes it, and the other phone briefly shows who did.

What you need to get connected

Your number

Already have a business number? We’ll check the connection your provider supports. Keeping the number depends on the provider and setup. No number yet? We’ll discuss where you can get one in your country.

Team and devices

We’ll map the staff group and check the devices. Cenaly Phone needs Android 10 or later, a connected PBX and a staff extension.

Cost

Provider service, the PBX package, and optional AI processing and recording storage have separate terms. The total depends on your connection and usage; we’ll confirm the cost breakdown for your setup before launch.

How your team works

A coworker can take the shared call

A guest arrives at the desk just as the phone rings. Another member of the group can answer the same call.

After the answer, the other phone stops ringing and briefly shows who took the call.

The group does not rank who is least busy: the allowed members ring together, and the first to answer takes the call.

Send the business line to a single phone Ring a configured group of employees together
Copy a callback request into a separate chat Assign the request while the call is still open

What happens in the recording

Partial availability — check your app release

A callback request gets an owner and a due time

The employee fills in the request by hand: it is a task for a person, not an automatic call.

Left: a callback form over an active call with the guest’s number, tomorrow at 10:00 and the manager selected. Right: the manager’s Call back list with the task for that number.
Tomorrow’s callback request appears in the manager’s Call back list.
What happens in the recording

“Could the manager call me tomorrow at ten?” The employee opens a callback request from the active call, chooses an assignee and sets the due time while the conversation continues. The request appears in the assigned coworker’s Call back list.

Conditions

Requires task access and a compatible app release. Cenaly.ru does not promise an automatic call at the exact due time; AI filling is a separate option. If the number already has an open callback case, the request is added to that case; a closed case is not reopened — a new one is created.

Android caller card — beta

A known customer is visible before you answer

Requires staff permissions and an unambiguous match with a Cenaly.ru CRM record. Details open separately.

The guest’s customer record opened from the call in the web workspace: name, phone number and buttons to call, schedule a callback or add a task.
A returning guest’s name, tag and call count appear before the employee answers, and the full record opens from the call.
What happens in the recording

When a number is already linked to a CRM contact, the incoming call screen shows the customer’s name, tags and count of earlier calls. For more detail, staff open the full record in the web workspace or the admin app.

Conditions

Requires your location’s CRM. The compact call panel does not display the full text of CRM history. Unknown numbers and shared phone numbers may need manual identification. The full record opens in the web workspace and can take several seconds to load.

Additional features

Find the conversation after it ends

Recording and its processing are enabled separately and depend on local rules and access permissions.

Recording

A completed call record shows an audio player with the recording waveform, conversation duration and playback control.
Replay the saved conversation to check the customer’s exact words.

Transcript

Beneath the call’s audio player, the transcript tab shows the completed text of a request for a callback tomorrow.
Read the transcript once the recording has finished processing.

Tag after analysis

The calls list, searched by record name, shows one completed recording with a Callback requested tag in its row.
Find the customer’s request using a tag added after analysis.

A recording lets an authorized employee check an agreement.

Automatic transcription creates text from the saved audio.

Configured analysis rules can add tags, such as a request for a callback, to help the team find relevant conversations later.

These steps finish separately. A call ending does not mean its transcript or tags are ready.

AI-generated tags need review.

Conditions

Recording requires the appropriate setup, notices or consent, access permissions and retention settings for your location. Automatic transcription and analysis need enabled rules, AI consent and credits. Processing takes time and results may need correction.

Live text in Android — beta

Re-read the details of the call

Requires speech recognition setup, AI consent and AI credits.

Live text in the active call shows a guest arriving tomorrow at two and bringing two bags to the front desk.
Arrival time and luggage details stay visible during the conversation.
What happens in the recording

A caller gives an arrival time, asks about luggage or changes a detail. Live transcription puts the conversation into text while the call is in progress, so staff can check what they heard without relying on memory alone.

Conditions

Requires access rights, the call assistant enabled, a supported language, AI consent and caller notice. Speech recognition uses AI credits. Recognition can make mistakes. The live panel is not a saved transcript of the call.

The workflow shown was recorded in another cloud and does not confirm that live text works in the Russian cloud; we’ll confirm availability there when you connect.

Voice translation — beta

Help a caller who speaks another language

Requires a supported language pair and AI balance; the caller hears a translation notice. The service uses Google.

A phone shows Spanish–English voice translation enabled, with the latest translated phrase beneath the call status.
A guest asks in Spanish and the front-desk employee answers in English.
What happens in the recording

A Spanish-speaking guest asks a question. Your employee answers in English. With two-way voice translation enabled, each side can hear a translated response during the call. The phone shows the translation status and the latest translated phrase.

Confirm names, dates, prices and other important details. Translation can get them wrong.

Conditions

The owner must enable access for the employee. A supported language pair, compatible PBX, AI balance and available usage limit are required. The service uses Google. By default the other person first hears a short notice that the call is translated by AI (in their language, or in the language of your location’s country when their language is detected automatically). Availability varies by deployment; the Russian cloud requires a separate owner opt-in for external voice processing and is off by default.

The translation shown was recorded in another cloud and does not confirm that it works in the Russian cloud; we’ll confirm availability there when you connect.

Supervision and setup

Live wall — beta

See what is happening at the desk

Requires viewing permission and a live PBX connection. It is not a hidden listening panel.

Left: the front-desk phone in a call with the guest. Right: the manager’s live wall, where the answering employee changes from Ringing to On a call.
A supervisor sees an incoming call become an active conversation.
What happens in the recording

A supervisor can view current calls and team status on a separate screen. As a ringing call is answered, the wall shows the active conversation — no need to ask each employee about every call.

Conditions

The wall shows a current snapshot; an unavailable or stale feed is not the same as an empty queue. Call controls and listening are separate features with their own permissions and limits.

Your provider connections in one workspace

We check the provider (SIP) connection and whether you can keep your number for your setup.

Three named SIP connections with their assigned numbers.
SIP connections and their assigned numbers in one admin workspace.

Your front desk and reservations team may use different numbers. The admin workspace lists your SIP connections — the connections to your phone provider — and the numbers assigned to them; each incoming number is set to ring a chosen group.

One SIP trunk can carry more than one number. Adding trunks does not remove the capacity limit for simultaneous conversations.

Conditions

Requires compatible provider credentials and a dedicated PBX. Keeping an existing number, backup routing and call capacity must be checked for your connection.

Check your existing number → Lines, numbers and routes →

What happens after you reach out

  1. We clarify your number — existing or new — plus provider, country and team.
  2. We agree on the features available for your line and the cost breakdown before launch.
  3. We set up the PBX, incoming line and staff ring group.
  4. We connect employee devices and place a test incoming call.

A free Cenaly.ru account is not free phone service: the provider connection and PBX are agreed separately.

Who you trust with your number

A product you can check

The page shows real app screens and videos recorded in a demo workspace. Each feature says whether it is in beta or partially available, and what it needs.

Clear responsibility

The service is provided by the operator listed on the contact page — that is who you sign the agreement with. Discussing your setup covers your number, provider, devices and cost breakdown.

Clear data handling

Call recordings and transcripts are stored in your account’s infrastructure: Yandex Cloud in the Russian Federation (ru-central1). Access is set by staff permissions, and retention by settings. AI processing is enabled separately with the owner’s consent; if a feature sends voice to an external service, that is stated next to it.

Questions before you connect

Can I keep my current business number? What if I don’t have one?

That depends on your provider and the connection options it offers. We’ll check whether a compatible SIP connection or another supported arrangement is available. Keeping or transferring every number is not guaranteed. If you don’t have a number yet, we’ll discuss where you can get one in your country.

Who does the group ring, and what do devices need?

It calls the available members allowed by that group’s settings. When one person answers, the others stop ringing. Cenaly Phone needs Android 10 or later; device registration, connectivity and local settings still matter.

How do we check call quality?

During setup we run a diagnostic check of the line and devices and place a test incoming call. Quality depends on the employee’s network and the provider, so we don’t give a numeric guarantee.

What makes up the cost?

Provider service, the Cenaly.ru PBX package and — if you turn them on — AI processing and recording storage. Each part has its own terms; the total depends on your connection and usage. We’ll confirm the cost breakdown before launch. A free platform account does not include phone service.

Can we record every call?

Recording scope can be configured, but the allowed setup depends on your location, applicable notices or consent, and permissions. Retention and access also need to be set. An unanswered call has no conversation to record. This describes the settings; it is not legal advice for your location.

Do ordinary phone calls require AI?

No. Ring groups and voice calls do not require AI processing. Transcription, analysis and translation have their own settings, consent requirements and costs.

Are all these features in the app I can download today?

Not necessarily. Beta features and requests created during a call depend on the APK release and PBX firmware. We’ll verify the workflows you need on the release you will use.

Does the page language choose the cloud or recording rules?

No. Interface language, business location and deployment are separate. A localized video does not establish availability in every country or cloud.
