Set up to 5 attempts in total, with your choice of interval. The form shows the visitor when to expect the next attempt, such as “We’ll try again at 14:20.”
Once all attempts are used, the owner receives an email and a card is sent to the work chat. The request stays in the callback list. Without telephony, the number and page URL go straight to email and the dashboard.

Each widget is a toggle and a settings form. Changes reach your site without touching code; CDN cache is five minutes.
The tag
<script src="https://cdn.cenaly.ru/site/v1.js" data-domain="your-site.com" async></script> One tag for all widgets. `data-domain` is your site; everything else lives in the admin.
Choose agent-first mode: your phone system dials the employee’s extension, then calls the visitor after the employee answers. Prefer the reverse? Select visitor-first mode. With no extension set, the visitor is called first.
Set up to 5 attempts with intervals of 1–120 minutes. The default is 3 attempts, 5 minutes apart. The visitor sees the next attempt time in the form. If all attempts fail, the owner gets an email and a card goes to the work chat.
The button stays visible outside business hours, and the form tells visitors to expect a morning call. The queue starts dialing at your chosen time, using the location’s time zone. The default is 09:00. Calls are never made at night.
Choose pages with include/exclude patterns: up to 20 per list, with exclusions taking priority. Set a delay of up to 10 minutes, target desktop or mobile, and use up to 14 custom schedule windows or the hours in your location profile.
Use the widget as a callback form. You’ll receive the visitor’s number and page URL by email and in your dashboard. Connect your own phone system to Cenaly.ru when you want automatic dialing — no tag replacement needed.
Choose its color, bottom-left or bottom-right position, and button text for each language. The widget reads the page language, includes labels in 45 languages, and uses Shadow DOM to keep your site’s layout intact.
Show the button on repair, treatment or consultation pages and leave it off your blog. Use include/exclude page patterns; exclusions take priority.
Use the hours in your location profile instead of maintaining a separate widget schedule. The display schedule will follow those hours.

Enter their extension and choose agent-first mode. Your phone system calls the visitor only after the employee answers.
Collect “call me back” requests with the visitor’s number and page URL delivered to email and your dashboard. No connected phone system required.
Add Callback to the multi-button menu alongside chat and browser calling. Use one button in the corner of your site instead of three.

Widgets are the door into the Cenaly.ru platform: requests, chats and orders from your site land in the same admin as everything else, and some owners later buy extensions. We charge nothing per visitor, request or site; only products with our own running costs stay paid.

A callback widget adds a button and a phone-number form to your website. Instead of dialing your business, visitors leave their own number. Without telephony, you receive the number and page URL by email and in your dashboard. With your own phone system connected to Cenaly.ru, the system handles dialing.
Offer a callback where visitors may want answers before deciding: treatment pages, repair services, consultations or events. They can leave a number and, if you enable the preferred-time option, tell you when they’re available. You choose which pages and devices display the button.
The widget is free, with no limits on requests, websites or employees. Calls go through your own phone system at your provider’s rates — Cenaly.ru charges nothing per minute. Set the dialing order, retries and morning queue to suit your team. Add one tag to get started, then make changes in “My Site” without editing your website’s code.

Calls are never made at night. The location’s time zone is used; if none is set, the system uses the visitor’s local time and shows a warning in the panel.
