Free · up to 12 channels
A floating button that fans out: WhatsApp, Telegram, Viber, VK, Instagram, phone, email — plus Cenaly.ru actions: chat, callback, table booking, appointments, ordering. Built for sites with many channels and only one screen corner.
No card. A minute to sign up, another for the tag.
Your colour, your icon, bottom corner of the page. On a narrow screen it can be a bottom bar with four channels instead.
Inside are your channels in your order, and a line at the top saying “Open until 22:00”, taken from the venue’s working hours. No hours filled in, no line at all.
Messengers open in a new tab, phone and email hand off to the device. In WhatsApp and Telegram the first message is already typed, with the page address in it.
An action item opens our chat, callback form, booking, appointments or ordering right on your page — no navigation needed.
A free Cenaly.ru account and your site domain in the "My website" section.
One line before </body> — in your theme, in a Tilda or Wix HTML block, in Shopify's theme.liquid. It serves every widget.
Each widget is a toggle and a settings form. Changes reach your site without touching code; CDN cache is five minutes.
The tag
<script src="https://cdn.cenaly.ru/site/v1.js" data-domain="your-site.com" async></script> One tag for all widgets. `data-domain` is your site; everything else lives in the admin.
WhatsApp, Telegram, Viber, VK, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, phone, email and any custom link — up to 12 items in your order. Each has its own label per site language and a visibility rule: everywhere, desktop only or mobile only. Best for businesses reachable in several messengers.
Six actions: chat, browser call, callback, ordering, table booking and appointments. Their own floating buttons get hidden, so one element remains in the corner. Best when more than one widget is switched on.
A small speech bubble appears next to the button after a delay you set, and the pause before it shows again is counted per visitor, not per site — up to 30 days. Best for long sessions where a silent button goes unnoticed.
Up to 300 characters for WhatsApp and Telegram, with the page URL and title substituted at the moment of the click — so you see what the visitor was looking at. Best for catalogues and large sites.
The circle turns into a strip of four channels plus a “More” sheet: it sits above the site’s own fixed bar, hides when the visitor scrolls down and respects the iPhone safe area. Best for mobile-heavy traffic.
Include/exclude URL patterns — up to 20 per list, exclusions win; a delay of up to 10 minutes; device targeting; up to 14 custom schedule windows or the venue’s working hours. Best when the button is in the way on checkout.
Chat, ordering and callback are on — their buttons move into the fan and the screen corner stops being a pile.
The “Clicks over 30 days” panel breaks traffic down by channel; Telegram often beats the contact form.
WhatsApp and a phone call on the phone, email and Telegram on the desktop — each channel has its own visibility rule.
The prefilled message carries the page URL and title, so the conversation starts with the item, not with “hello”.
Channels and working hours come from the location profile, so the fan on each venue page talks about that venue.
URL patterns keep the button on campaign pages only, leaving the blog and legal pages untouched.
Colour, position and labels adapt to your site. The widget lives in a Shadow DOM — your styles don't break it, and it doesn't break yours.

Widgets are the door into the Cenaly.ru platform: requests, chats and orders from your site land in the same admin as everything else, and some owners later buy extensions. We charge nothing per visitor, request or site; only products with our own running costs stay paid.
| Without the widget | With the widget | |
|---|---|---|
| Screen corner | ✕ Messenger icons are scattered in the footer and several buttons float on top | ✓ One button in the corner, or a four-channel bar on the phone |
| Choosing a channel | ✕ Visitors guess which channel gets a faster reply — and often write to none | ✓ A fan of your channels and widget actions, in the order you choose |
| First message | ✕ Conversations start with “hello” and you have to ask which page they mean | ✓ The first message is already typed and carries the page URL and title |
| Working hours | ✕ Someone writes at night without knowing you are closed | ✓ The fan header shows “Open until 22:00” from your venue’s hours |
| Cost | ✕ A third-party button means another subscription | ✓ The widget is free, with up to 12 channels and no charge per click |
A multi-button is a floating button that fans out into ways to reach you. Instead of three icons in the footer and two third-party widgets in the corner, the visitor sees one element and picks the channel they already use.
It matters when you have more than one channel: WhatsApp for quick questions, Telegram for regulars, a phone number for anything urgent. And it matters even more when other widgets are running — each one draws its own button in the same bottom corner, and without an aggregator they start fighting for it.
Our multi-button is free and knows about its neighbours: it can open chat, callback, booking, appointments and ordering right on your page and hides their own buttons. It also counts clicks per channel, so you can see where people write instead of guessing.
Feature-wise, barely: channels, an invite bubble, click analytics, display rules. The difference is the price and the wiring — ours is free because it is part of the platform, and it opens our own chat, calls, booking and ordering.
WhatsApp, Telegram, Viber, VK, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, phone, email and any custom link — up to 12 items. Plus six widget actions: chat, browser call, callback, ordering, table booking and appointments.
Conversations go to your own messengers — we don’t intercept them. Clicks per channel are collected in the multi-button panel in your dashboard (30-day breakdown), and anything sent through widget actions arrives where it normally does: chat in the team chat, requests in your dashboard lists.
Yes, every channel has a visibility rule: everywhere, desktop only, mobile only. The fan is rebuilt each time it opens, so rotating the phone is taken into account immediately.
No. When chat, calls, ordering or booking sit in the fan, their own floating buttons are hidden. If you want to keep them, there is a `data-keep-fabs="1"` attribute.
The same shared “My website” tag plus the Multi-button toggle. WordPress — footer.php or a code plugin, Tilda — HTML code in head, Shopify — theme.liquid, Webflow — Custom code. Channels are edited in the admin afterwards.
Only if you switch that on yourself. The “Show on our storefront too” toggle is off by default, because the multi-button absorbs the storefront’s native buttons — the chat bubble and the callback handset.
Nothing: no limit on channels, clicks, sites or staff. There is deliberately no entry for it in the extensions catalogue.
The loader is one small `async` script; widgets load as separate bundles and only the ones you switched on. Nothing blocks page rendering.
No. Widgets render inside a Shadow DOM: your site's CSS doesn't affect them and theirs doesn't leak out.
It reads your page's `<html lang>` or a `data-lang` attribute on the tag. Built-in labels are translated into 45 languages; your own texts you write in the admin in the languages you need.
In the cloud your account lives in: cenaly.com — AWS, cenaly.ru — Yandex Cloud in Russia. Requests, conversations and bookings stay within the brand's contour.
