Connecting advertising platforms
Cenaly.ru lets you link ad accounts to each location. The "Connected Platforms" block lives in the location card, in the "Marketing" section: open Locations, click the location you need and scroll its card down to "Marketing".
Can't see the block? Check the form density switch in the header of the location card. "Connected Platforms" belongs to the "Full" level only (which is the default); on "Standard" and "Minimal" the block is hidden. Hidden fields are not deleted — the data is kept.
Linking is an "address book" of ad accounts: it records which advertising account a location works with, so managers don't have to look the ID up again and so advertising activity can be matched against the venue's performance.
Important: In the field for each advertising platform, you must enter the advertising account identifier (Account ID / Customer ID / Client ID), not a link to the personal account. The system uses this ID to determine which specific account the location belongs to. Because the field holds an ID, there is no button that opens the ad account from the location card — while the field is empty, the only link next to it is the platform's sign-up page.
Not all five platforms are on screen at once. You see the ones whose ID is already filled in, plus suggestion buttons for the platforms relevant to the location's country (for most countries that is Google Ads and Meta Ads). The rest — "Yandex Direct", "VK Ads", "myTarget" outside their markets — are hidden behind the "+ N more platforms…" link at the bottom of the block: click it to add the field you need.
Google Ads — Customer ID#
Format: XXX-XXX-XXXX (for example, 123-456-7890)

Agency access#

target.my.com/agency/clients/... - Copy the ID and paste it into the myTarget field in the Meni location settings
Agency account#
If you work through an agency account, go to the Clients section and copy the ID of the required client account.
Why this is needed#
| What linking an account provides | Description |
|---|---|
| Teamwork | Managers can see which ad account the location is using |
| Analytics | Matching advertising activity with restaurant performance metrics |
| Time savings | No need to look up the ID every time you set up campaigns |
There is no jump into the ad account itself from the location card: the field stores an account identifier, not a link.
