Telegram Ads — Honest, With a Real Result

Let's be upfront about the key fact: Telegram has no ad account a small café can open — the official Telegram Ads platform starts in the millions of euros. So the Telegram Ads section works differently and honestly:

  1. We help you prepare the ad — text and a photo, ready to post.
  2. We give you a tracking link and instructions on how to actually run it: yourself, through an agency, or straight with a channel owner.
  3. We count the real result — how many people clicked and how many of them actually ordered.

Open: Admin Panel → Telegram Ads (admin.cenaly.ru).

A campaign's status is your self-report ("I launched it"), not an API status. The platform doesn't launch anything automatically and doesn't charge money.

The ad wizard#

Screen 0 — how it works. An honest explainer (see above), with a "Create a campaign" button.

Step 1. Goal — more orders from the menu, or awareness. This only sets the tone of the text.

Step 2. Audience — this is not targeting, but a short brief for the AI: your city and who your guests are. It helps write more fitting copy.

Step 3. Format — a channel post and/or a sponsored message. Some formats require a connected Telegram shop.

Step 4. Budget — the amount you plan to spend. It's used only to compute cost per click and per order; the platform never sees or charges this money.

Step 5. Creative — the AI prepares the ad (text, and for image formats, copy to go with a picture). Edit or regenerate it, then create a draft.

Step 6. Link & launch — you get a tracking link (and QR) to your menu/mini app, plus instructions on "how to actually run it": yourself, through an agency, or officially. Once you've posted the ad, click "Mark as launched".

Campaign dashboard#

Since there's no API, all the value is in honest attribution via the tracking link. For each campaign and period (7/30/90 days) you see:

  • Clicks and unique visitors;
  • Orders and revenue that came through the link;
  • cost per click and per order, and ROAS (return on ad spend);
  • statuses: draft / launched / paused / completed / archived;
  • budget — labelled "entered by you; the platform doesn't see the money";
  • a daily breakdown (clicks and orders).

Clicks, orders and revenue are real because they're counted from your tracking link and orders in the system.

FAQ#

Does Meni run the Telegram ad itself?#

No. The system prepares the ad and a tracking link, but you place the ad (yourself, via an agency, or with a channel owner). This is done honestly, because Telegram has no accessible ad API.

Then where do the clicks and orders on the dashboard come from?#

From your tracking link: every click and every order placed through it lands in the statistics. That's why the numbers are real.

Why enter a budget if no money is charged?#

So the system can compute cost per click, cost per order and return on ad spend (ROAS). You make the actual payment wherever you place the ad.
