Overview#

Meni integrates with popular automation systems, payment platforms, delivery services, and messengers. This makes it possible to embed the digital menu into your venue's existing infrastructure.

POS Systems#

Supported POS#

What gets synced#

• Menu → items, prices, categories are synced both ways
• Orders → orders from Meni automatically appear in the POS
• Inventory → stock levels are updated upon sale
• Reports → data is combined for a complete picture

Setup (example: iiko)#

1. In the Meni panel → Settings → Integrations → iiko
2. Enter the iiko API key
3. Select the restaurant and terminal
4. Configure category and item mapping
5. Enable synchronization

Aggregators#

Benefits of your own delivery#

With Meni, you can accept delivery orders directly, bypassing aggregators:

• 0% commission (aggregators charge 15–30%)
• Full control over your customer base
• Ability to offer a discount to the customer and still earn more

Telegram#

• Mini App — a full-featured menu inside Telegram
• Ordering bot — accept orders via a bot
• Notifications — broadcasts, promotions, order status

WhatsApp#

• Order button — the guest builds a cart in the QR menu and sends the order as a ready-made WhatsApp message (wa.me link, no server or Business API)
• Mirrored in the admin panel — the order is also recorded in the Orders section with the WhatsApp channel

8. Delivery Zone Management#

Setup#

1. Settings → Delivery → Zones
2. Draw zones on the map (polygons) or specify a radius
3. For each zone, set:

Own delivery vs aggregators#

• Own: venue couriers, full control, lower commission
• Aggregators (Glovo, Wolt, Bolt Food): wider reach, but 15–30% commission
• Hybrid: own delivery in nearby zones + aggregators in farther ones

• Connect Google Search Console for monitoring
• Use a custom domain (menu.yourrestaurant.com)
• Fill in the venue description in detail (for Google Maps)
