Integration with Yandex Eats
Connecting your restaurant to the Yandex Eats platform to receive delivery orders.
1. Overview#
Yandex Eats is the largest food delivery platform in Russia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Armenia, Kyrgyzstan, and Uzbekistan. Integration with Meni allows you to:
- Sync the menu — a single source of truth: update in Meni → it updates in Yandex Eats
- Receive orders — orders from Yandex Eats arrive in the unified order feed
- Manage the stop list — automatic availability synchronization
- Unified analytics — all delivery in one dashboard
2. Requirements#
- ✅ Meni account (plan Basic or higher)
- ✅ Yandex Eats for restaurants account (vendor.eda.yandex.ru)

- ✅ Restaurant identifier (Restaurant ID)
3. Step-by-step setup#
Step 1. Request API access#

- Contact your Yandex Eats manager
- Request:
- Activation of "POS integration" for your location
- Client ID and Client Secret for OAuth

9. FAQ#
How do I connect Yandex Eats + Glovo at the same time?#
Each platform is connected independently. Orders from different platforms are color-labeled: 🔴 Yandex Eats, 🟠 Glovo, 🟣 Wolt, 🔵 Direct.
The Yandex Eats manager is not responding#
Write to partners@eda.yandex.ru including the Restaurant ID and a request for API integration. Typical response time is 3–5 business days.
Can I sync only part of the menu?#
Yes. In each item's settings there is a "Show on Yandex Eats" flag. You can exclude expensive or highly perishable items.
What happens if the internet goes down?#
Meni pauses Yandex Eats orders. When connectivity is restored, it resumes automatically. If the pause is > 15 minutes, Yandex Eats temporarily hides the restaurant in the catalog.
