WRITTEN STATEMENT OF TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT (Terms of Employment (Information) Act 1994, as amended by S.I. No. 686 of 2022)

Records of statutory sick leave must be retained for 4 years.

Pensions & auto-enrolment 5.2. ⚠️ From 1 January 2026, employees aged 23–60 earning at least €20,000 who are not already in a qualifying pension scheme are automatically enrolled in the state "My Future Fund" scheme, with employer contributions starting at 1.5% of gross pay and rising over time.
