7. YOUR RIGHTS 7.1. Failure to receive this statement on time may entitle you to compensation of up to 4 weeks' remuneration, awarded by the Workplace Relations Commission ("WRC"). A statement that is deliberately false or misleading is a criminal offence under the Act.
