TIPS AND GRATUITIES POLICY Establishment name — effective Policy effective date

This policy is issued under the Payment of Wages (Amendment) (Tips and Gratuities) Act 2022 and the accompanying Display of Tips and Gratuities Notices Regulations, in force since 1 December 2022.

1. DISTRIBUTION OF ELECTRONIC TIPS 1.1. Electronic tips and gratuities are distributed: Electronic tips distribution method. 1.2. Distribution must be fair, equitable and transparent; electronic tips cannot be counted towards satisfying the National Minimum Wage.
