🇬🇪 rs.ge (Georgia)

Incoming electronic waybills from suppliers via Georgia’s Revenue Service

Documentation

rs.ge — Incoming Electronic Waybills

This integration is being prepared for launch. The section is visible in the admin panel, but its backend is not deployed yet: connecting, the IP check, loading waybills and confirming them do not work for any account today. What follows describes how the section is built and how it will behave once it goes live. If you need the rs.ge integration, write to support — we plan by demand.

The "Tax (rs.ge)" section is an integration with Georgia's Revenue Service. It's intended for the Georgian market only and lets you see incoming electronic waybills (ზედნადები) from your suppliers and confirm or reject them right in the admin panel — without logging into the rs.ge portal.

Open: Admin Panel → "Tax (rs.ge)". The menu item appears if at least one of your locations is in Georgia (the country comes from your locations, not from the domain) and you are on the Premium plan or higher. The section only works on brands hosted in the AWS cloud — it is absent on cenaly.ru, and a direct visit there honestly says that the Georgian tax service is not deployed in that cloud.

Connecting#

If the service isn't connected yet, a step-by-step onboarding opens:

  1. Instructions — what you'll need to connect.
  2. Service credentials — the service username (su) and password (sp), plus your tax ID. These are issued by rs.ge for API access.
  3. IP check — rs.ge requires requests to come from an allowlisted IP address. The "Check connection / Find our IP" button shows the server IP and server time — that address must be added to the allowlist on the rs.ge side.

Once connected, the header shows the taxpayer's name and tax ID, the connection date and the last sync time. There's also a disconnect button here.

Working with waybills#

In the waybills section you:

  • pick a date range and refresh the list;
  • see a table: number, supplier, date, amount, status;
  • expand a waybill to view its line items — name, quantity, unit, price, amount;
  • confirm or reject a waybill (with a warning before the action, since it affects tax records).

FAQ#

Who is this section for?#

Venues in Georgia only — the integration works with Georgia's Revenue Service (rs.ge). The menu item appears for accounts with a location in Georgia on the Premium plan or higher, and only on brands hosted in the AWS cloud.

Can I connect right now?#

No: the backend of the integration is not deployed yet, so none of the section's actions — the IP check, connecting, listing waybills, confirming them — go through. Once the service is live, the instructions below will work as written.

What do I need to connect?#

Your rs.ge service username and password, a tax ID, and adding the server IP to the allowlist on the rs.ge side (the address is shown on the IP-check step).

What happens when I confirm a waybill?#

The waybill is confirmed in the rs.ge system. The action affects tax records, so before confirming or rejecting, the system shows a warning.
