This Agreement is made on Agreement date between Client (Client address), the "Client", and Provider (Provider address), the "Provider".
1. SERVICES 1.1. The Provider shall render the following services: Description of services. 1.2. Term: from Start date to End date. 1.3. The Client shall accept the services or send a reasoned objection within five (5) business days of delivery; otherwise the services are deemed accepted.
2. FEES AND PAYMENT 2.1. The fee for the services is Fee. 2.2. Payment terms: Payment terms. 2.3. The fee is payable after the services have been rendered, within the period agreed by the parties.
3. OTHER TERMS 3.1. Disputes shall first be settled by negotiation and, failing that, in the manner established by applicable law. 3.3. Neither party shall disclose to third parties the terms of this Agreement or information received under it, except where required by law.
