Evotor — POS Terminal Integration
This integration connects your cenaly/cenaly.ru account with Evotor smart terminals — a popular POS brand in Russia. Connect it as an extension in the App Store (admin.cenaly.ru/app-store) — the "Evotor" card.
The integration works for both business models: a retail store (goods accounting via Evotor's Cloud API) and a cafe/bar (order intake via the resto "My Restaurant" API).
Connecting#
Before you start: you need the Premium plan or higher (the integration is part of the "Inventory" feature) and a location in Russia — with any other plan or country the "Evotor" card is not shown in the catalog, and if it is open you will see an upgrade prompt instead of the connection form.
- Open the App Store, find the "Evotor" card and click "Configure" — settings open in a modal right on the catalog page; the location is picked in the header of that window.
- Click "Connect" — the system generates a linking code. The code is single-use and valid for 30 minutes ("Expires" is shown next to it); if you miss the window, click "Connect" again.
- Install the "cenaly" app from Evotor.Market on your terminal and enter the linking code into the installation form.
- Once confirmed, the terminal is linked to your location. The store (register) is bound manually: copy the store UUID from your Evotor account (Cloud API → Stores), paste it into the "Store UUID" field and click "Link store".
Catalog and stock#
Once connected, catalog sync works both ways:
- products and categories from Evotor flow into your cenaly catalog;
- changes made in cenaly are reflected back to Evotor;
- stock levels sync periodically, so both systems see the same item quantities: sales, customer returns, receipts, write-offs, stock counts and revaluations from the terminal arrive in cenaly as inventory documents. The settings choose the stock master — Evotor (sales from the register, the default) or cenaly (web menu and site) — so the two systems do not fight over the same quantity;
- the same settings hold the default VAT rate — no VAT, 0%, 10%, 10/110, 20% (the default) or 20/120 — applied to items that carry no rate of their own.
Order intake#
Orders placed online through cenaly (the menu site, delivery) are pushed to the Evotor terminal to be rung up — this direction is switched on by the "Send cenaly orders to the terminal" setting and requires Evotor's own app on the terminal itself: "Мой ресторан" (My Restaurant — cafe/bar) or "Мобильный кассир" (Mobile Cashier — retail), plus the matching token. The other direction always works and needs none of that: sales made directly on the terminal show up in cenaly as orders, customer returns included. This gives you a single sales history regardless of where the order was placed.
Cash shifts and staff#
- Cash shifts opened and closed on the Evotor terminal (including cash drops and pickups) are mirrored into the same Cash Shift section used by cenaly's built-in POS — a single shift history regardless of which register hardware was used.
- Employees set up in Evotor sync into Staff & Shifts.

FAQ#
Do I need to install anything on the terminal besides the "cenaly" app?#
It depends on the direction. To receive data from the terminal — catalog, stock, sales, returns, shifts, staff — nothing beyond the "cenaly" app from Evotor.Market: that part is a server-to-server exchange. But to push cenaly orders to the terminal you need Evotor's own app — "Мой ресторан" (My Restaurant) for a cafe or bar, "Мобильный кассир" (Mobile Cashier) for retail; without it the terminal has nothing to receive the order with.
Is there a button to sync employees?#
No separate button: Evotor employees are pulled in by a background sweep every 6 hours (stock is reconciled hourly, order statuses every 15 minutes). Positions are mapped coarsely: an Evotor administrator becomes a manager, everyone else becomes a waiter.
Does the integration work for both retail and cafe at the same time?#
Yes, the integration supports both scenarios — goods accounting for a retail store and order intake for a cafe/bar — depending on your business type.
What happens if a product from Evotor belongs to an unknown category?#
That product lands in a general "uncategorized" bucket in cenaly — sort it into the right categories manually.
How does the venue set up a paid subscription in Evotor.Market?#
The "cenaly" app's subscription is set up directly in Evotor.Market during installation — same as for any other app from the marketplace.
