PART-TIME EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT

This Agreement is made between Employer name (UEN Employer UEN), the "Employer", and Employee name (NRIC/FIN Employee NRIC / FIN), the "Employee", engaged on a part-time basis from Start date.

1. HOURS AND RATE 1.1. Weekly hours and schedule: Weekly hours and work schedule 1.2. Gross hourly rate: Gross hourly rate. A part-time employee under the Employment (Part-Time Employees) Regulations must have the hourly rate stated in the employment agreement.

2. KEY EMPLOYMENT TERMS 2.1. This Agreement, together with the Employer's standard Key Employment Terms (KETs) document, is issued within 14 days of the start date as required by the Employment Act — KETs obligations apply to part-time employees exactly as they do to full-time employees.
