This sheet applies Article 54 of the Qatar Labor Law (Law No. 14 of 2004): an employee who has completed at least 1 year of continuous service is entitled to end-of-service gratuity of NOT LESS THAN 3 weeks' (21 days') basic wage for each year of service, pro-rated for a partial year, calculated on the employee's LAST basic salary (allowances are excluded from this calculation).

1. INPUTS 1.1. Last basic monthly salary (base for calculation, excludes housing/food allowances): Last basic monthly salary. 1.2. Daily rate (basic salary ÷ 30): Daily rate.

5. SUMMARY DISMISSAL CHECK 5.1. Dismissed under Article 61 (summary dismissal, forfeits gratuity): Dismissed under Article 61 (gratuity forfeited) — only applies where the closed list of grounds and a documented investigation support it; otherwise gratuity remains payable in full.

6. NET PAYABLE 6.1. Net gratuity and unused-leave payout: Net payable.
