This form is required under Law No. 20 of 2018 and Qatar Tourism rules: operating without a Qatar Tourism (QT) licence is prohibited (Article 2), and the passport/ID data, nationality, and stay dates of every foreign guest must be collected and transmitted to the Ministry of Interior (MOI) / police.

3. DATA PROTECTION 3.1. Guest data collected here is personal data — handle it under the property's PDPPL privacy policy.
