Employment Contract (雇用契約書兼労働条件通知書)

Signed employment contract, typically combined in practice with the Notice of Working Conditions ("労働条件通知書兼雇用契約書") — a written contract is not itself required by the Labor Standards Act (労働基準法), but this combined form is the standard way employers obtain documented evidence of the employee's agreement to the terms.
