Business name

No-show damage across the Japanese restaurant, salon, and hotel sectors has been estimated at approximately ¥200 billion per year, per a report by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (経済産業省, METI). A cancellation or no-show fee is enforceable only where this policy was shown to the customer BEFORE the reservation was made, and where the amounts charged are reasonable.
