EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT (FULL-TIME / PART-TIME)

This Contract is made between Employer name (ABN Employer ABN), the "Employer", and Employee name, the "Employee".

1. POSITION AND CLASSIFICATION 1.1. The Employee is employed as "Position / job title" from Start date, on a Employment type basis, at the place of work: Place of work. 1.2. The Employee is classified under: Award & classification level. The applicable Modern Award (if any) sets minimum pay rates, penalty rates, allowances, and minimum engagement periods that apply in addition to, and cannot be undercut by, this contract.

2. PAY 2.1. The Employee will be paid Pay rate, which must be no less than the minimum rate under the applicable award/classification and the National Minimum Wage in force at the time of payment.

3. HOURS OF WORK 3.1. Guaranteed hours pattern (part-time employees only): Guaranteed hours pattern (part-time only) 3.2. For part-time employees, this agreed pattern of hours may only be changed by mutual written agreement, consistent with the applicable award.

4. NATIONAL EMPLOYMENT STANDARDS AND LEAVE 4.1. Leave entitlements & NES reference 4.2. The 11 National Employment Standards (NES) under the Fair Work Act 2009 apply to this employment regardless of anything in this contract, and this contract cannot provide an entitlement less favourable than the NES or the applicable award.

5. PROBATION 5.1. A probationary period of Probationary period (months) months applies from the start date.

6. TERMINATION 6.1. Notice of termination 6.2. This is subject to the minimum notice periods under the NES in any event.

7. DEDUCTIONS FROM WAGES 7.1. Deductions from the Employee's pay will only be made where authorised in writing by the Employee or required by law, in accordance with section 324 of the Fair Work Act 2009.
